This prestigious global law firm boasts a market-leading Corporate Insurance practice, acting for a blue-chip roster of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and asset managers. The team advises on the full spectrum of corporate and regulatory matters, including restructurings, business sales, capital raisings, and public M&A.
Ranked consistently at the top of the legal directories, the team benefits from a unique position within the firm's broader financial institutions group. Following a period of sustained growth and in anticipation of increased market consolidation, the Partners are now seeking an ambitious mid-level Associate. The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collegiate group, with the opportunity to work on some of the most significant transactions in the sector.

* Strong academic credentials;
* Experience advising insurance sector clients on corporate matters;
* The ability to engage in client discussions with sector insight and commercial awareness;
* A mindset that can "think like an actuary" when the situation demands; and
* Confidence navigating high-value, high-complexity matters
You might currently be at a top-tier City firm, a strong regional practice, or working internationally-what matters most is your enthusiasm for the insurance sector and your ability to contribute meaningfully to client relationships and technical delivery.
