We are looking for motivated and service‑oriented Customer Delivery Manager to support senior leaders across a portfolio of banking customers. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and manage key commercial and contractual activities. You will be acting as a trusted partner, you will represent the company professionally during both virtual and in‑person customer engagements. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong customer service background and solid commercial awareness who want to grow in delivery, service management, and contract management. The position requires trips to customers’ side (few days per month) and regular office visits to Milton Keynes. Responsibilities Manage customer retention, contract processing, invoicing, payment activities, and service delivery for an assigned customer portfolio. Act as the primary day ‑ to ‑ day contact for customer requests, ensuring timely and precise execution. Provide service and installation support while identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and deepen customer engagement. Maintain accountability for overall account delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex or business ‑ critical issues to senior Delivery Leads or management when required. Build strong customer relationships and regularly review Voice of the Customer insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing) to address customer needs and inquiries. Support senior Customer Delivery Managers as a fully engaged team contributor. Required Qualifications Customer service background with experience handling direct customer communication. Experience in reporting and creating monthly MI packs. Solid understanding of commercial and contractual services. Ability to support contract maintenance and documentation. Basic understanding of P&L and customer account financials. Familiarity with billing processes and commercial data. English language proficiency. Strong communication, relationship ‑ building, and issue ‑ resolution skills.
