Join the UK’s leading and longest-establishedCounter Fraud Team. Our client islooking for experienced legal professionals to manage a caseload ofsuspected fraudulent motor claims, working with major insurer clients to challenge dishonest claims and shape fraud litigation strategy.
What You'll Do:
* Handle a litigated caseload of suspected fraud (e.g. staged accidents, credit hire fraud, exaggerated/invented claims)
* Develop and execute case strategies from litigation to resolution
* Collaborate with fraud specialists and liaise with insurer clients
* Ensure compliance with court timetables, CPR and internal guidelines
* Analyse evidence and identify strategic litigation opportunities
* Achieve financial targets and maintain accurate MI and billing
What Our Client isLooking For:
* 2 Years plus experience in Defendant Fraud
* RTA pre-litigated or litigated claims experience
* Strong knowledge of CPR and insurance litigation processes
* High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
* Advocacy experience desirable
* Experience in organised or linked fraud beneficial (not essential)
