Morgan Hunt is working with a national Training Provider seeking an experienced Employability Manager to establish a new division in the Black Country. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £35,000 and involves designing, planning, creating, and implementing an Employability programme for post-16 SEN learners.
The Employability Manager will be responsible for:
* Building long-lasting relationships with schools, colleges, employers, and local authorities
* Recruiting and supporting a team of Tutors and staff
* Designing and creating the Employability programme
* Traveling to employer sites to oversee delivery
* Ensuring delivery complies with regulatory standards such as Ofsted
* Managing the operational aspects of the programme, including targets, budget, and performance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience managing an Employability provision
* Proven experience working within an SEN setting
* Knowledge of Ofsted and EIF standards
* Experience in developing external partnerships
* Team management skills
* A full driving license with access to cover the Black Country area
In return, the successful candidate will receive:
* An annual salary of £35,000
* 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
