The Role
As a Global Sports Sponsorship Executive - Motorsport, you will be responsible to forefront of a global sports sponsorship initiative, supporting the renowned TCS Racing team in Formula E—the world’s fastest-growing single-seater motorsport championship. As part of this dynamic project, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds, gaining invaluable international experience and exposure to a variety of cultures and professional practices. The role also includes the exciting prospect of international travel, broadening your horizons both personally and professionally.
Your responsibilities:
* Overall, lead the day-to-day management of the global TCS Racing partnership
* Manage global ticketing and sponsorship asset requests
* Support the different local marketing teams, with approvals for their activation activity
* Overseeing the global sponsorship SharePoint folder, ensuring it is kept up to date
* Project tracking and setting-up regular team meetings and minutes
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Budget & Finance Management
* Event Planning & Activation
* Metrics & Reporting
* High proficiency in M365 (PPT, Word, Excel etc.)
* Strong interpersonal and relationship skills – understanding or experience working with multiple cultures in a bonus
* Strong presentation, organizational and project management skills
* Strong negotiation skills
