We are always expanding around our Service/Operations teams and now have a fantastic new opportunity to join the ServiceNow team at PayPoint. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and configuration tasks in the ServiceNow platform. What will you be doing? You will be working in a fast-paced but small team who looks after all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Taking ownership of incidents being raised against the ServiceNow requests is a big part of the role but some other duties consist of general administration around tasks set in ServiceNow, customisations in the ServiceNow catalogue (these are Requests, Incidents, Problems, Change Management) and maintenance of cycles and patches which include things like testing and fixes. You will participate in driving success and improvements around the platform where possible. You will also work on ITSM core modules and other features like ITOM, Workflow and integrations with ServiceNow. You will work with other teams such as IT Infrastructure, Application Support and DevOps Delivery. What would we like from you? ServiceNow Administration Certified Experience in Discovery and Service Mapping to populate the CMDB Experience in Orchestration to automate tasks Understanding of a broad range of technologies such as Windows Server, Azure Cloud, Databases, JavaScript, PowerShell, Terraform etc. Good communication skills both written and oral, especially when talking to non-technical staff. Experience in working and delivering in a high-pressure environment with multiple priorities. It would be great if you already have… ITIL v3\4 Certified A good understanding of the principles of service support as defined in the ITIL framework.
