Roles/Responsibilities
* Own the P&L and overall commercial performance of the hire division
* Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins across the UK
* Develop new business while expanding existing key accounts
* Identify opportunities where hire solutions support customer operations and projects
* Set pricing strategy and market positioning
* Oversee fleet utilisation, availability, and deployment efficiency
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
* Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the hire offering
Qualifications
* Background in a technical or engineering-led environment
* Experience in solution-based or consultative sales
* Strong commercial awareness, ideally with P&L or budget responsibility
* Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
* Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities
* Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
