Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for LSA’s to work within our client SEN specialist school located in Haywards Heath.
The school is a SEN specialist school that supports boys aged 5-11 with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH) and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).

CONTRACT DETAILS
* Location – Haywards Heath (West Sussex)
* Contract or position start date – ASAP
* Full time/part time – Full time
* Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate per hour
* Hours – 08:40am – 15:55pm
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
* Calming mannerisms in challenging situations.
* Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment.
* Driven to motivate the pupil and increase his participation.
* The ability to grow individual personal development.
* Be caring, patient and have good communication skills.
* Be self-reflective, have a willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative.
* Experience supporting an individual with Autism/SEMH
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
* Hold right to work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references
