What the Role Involves Driving new B2B telephony product and service sales by phone, including qualifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing sales. Managing and nurturing existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling. Maintaining a structured pipeline using Act! CRM, supported by marketing-generated email campaigns, as well as self-sourcing new leads.
