You’ll build relationships with the most exceptional properties in Spain, helping them elevate their guest experience and grow direct bookings. What you'll do

As our Business Development Manager – Spain, you will be the face of our brand in the Spanish market, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with luxury and boutique hotel clients.
Your focus will be to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and guide them through the sales process — from initial introduction to signed agreement — ensuring a consultative and partnership-led approach.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven, hospitality-savvy sales professional who thrives on connecting with senior stakeholders and delivering solutions that enhance guest experience and hotel performance.
[What You Do: key responsibilities]
* Market Development – Identify, target, and engage luxury and boutique hotels across Spain, introducing them to our technology and services.
* Sales Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
* Consultative Selling – Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored booking engine solutions and digital strategies.
* Relationship Building – Develop strong, long-term relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and commercial leaders.
* Collaboration – Work closely with UK-based sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and client success.
* Market Insight – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Spanish luxury hospitality sector.
* Event Representation – Attend trade shows, hospitality conferences, and networking events in Spain and internationally.
* Reporting – Provide regular updates on pipeline, activity, and results to the Head of Sales.
What you'll bring
Essential
* Proven track record in B2B sales within the hospitality technology, luxury hotels, or travel industry.
* Strong network within the Spanish luxury and boutique hotel market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work remotely and manage your own territory.
* Understanding of hotel commercial strategies, distribution, and digital marketing.
* Hunter mentality: Motivated to manage your own sales pipeline
* Team Player
* Networking Skills, strong ability to build relationships.
Desirable
* Experience selling SaaS or booking engine technology.
* Familiarity with hotel revenue management, eCommerce, or CRM systems.
* Existing relationships with senior hotel decision-makers.
