Job Duties:
1. Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans
2. Provide support to students with additional needs
3. Help create a positive learning environment
4. Assist in monitoring and supervising students
5. Support classroom management
Required Qualifications:
6. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
7. Previous experience working in an educational setting
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work well in a team
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience in an educational setting not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Understanding of child psychology and development
11. Ability to provide support to students with special educational needs
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology
15. Experience working in a childcare setting/SEND knowledge
