Summary
We are seeking a dedicated General Office Assistant to join our team in New Hutton, Kendal. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional fire and security solutions.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using specialist software. Full training will be provided.
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
* Coordinate internal communications to ensure team efficiency.
* Maintain organized office environment to support operational excellence.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
