Event Steward (Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualified)
Location: Various event sites across the UK (base location: Wellingborough). Starting Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour.
What the role involves
* Providing a visible and professional stewarding presence at events
* Assisting with crowd management and access control
* Monitoring spectators and ensuring safety standards are maintained
* Supporting emergency procedures and liaising with Supervisors when necessary
* Assisting vulnerable persons and providing information to the public
What we’re looking for
* Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification (essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Calm, confident, and professional approach under pressure
* Previous event stewarding experience (preferred, but not essential)
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel across the UK

Additional Info
* This role is subject to a 6-month probation period
* Shifts are typically 6–12 hours
* Holiday pay is paid alongside wages – we recommend setting it aside
* Some training costs may be recoverable if leaving within 6 months of completion
Experience & Licence Requirements
* Event Stewarding: 1–2 years (preferred)
* Spectator Safety Level 2 (required)
* Driving Licence (preferred)
