It’s an exciting time here at bpha. Due to business growth and our ambitious plans, we are expanding our People team across a number of roles. Currently, we are looking for a colleague to join us as an HR Partner focusing on recruitment.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you come into the office twice a week to stay connected with the team. This helps us remain aligned with the needs of the business, the team, and individual needs, enabling us to collaboratively achieve the best outcomes.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be part of a friendly team, utilizing your skills, experience, knowledge, and behaviors to support colleagues and managers through the recruitment process with a positive, pragmatic approach.
There may also be opportunities to get involved with a broader range of HR activities and initiatives to contribute to their success.
The ideal candidate:
* Possesses effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Works well within a high-performing team that values knowledge sharing and excellent customer service, with customers always coming first.
* Has extensive and varied experience in recruitment.
* Maintains a positive, solutions-focused mindset to handle fast-paced and diverse recruitment challenges.
* Can recognize and adapt guidance to stakeholders with varying levels of capability.
* Can work autonomously using initiative, while knowing support is available from the HR team.
* Is knowledgeable about all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, including related administration, Right to Work and DBS checks.
* Ideally holds CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
