Forensic Psychologist (Part-Time, 2–3 Days/Week) Location: Bexhill-on-Sea Salary: Up to £55,000 (pro rata) Service: 6 forensic mental health wards | Up to 70 service users We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Forensic Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). You will deliver high-quality psychological assessment, formulation and intervention to adults with a range of complex mental health needs across six forensic wards. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, well-established clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based psychological and risk assessments, formulations and interventions (individual and group). Work collaboratively with the MDT to develop and review care and treatment plans. Provide consultation, guidance and reflective practice to clinical colleagues. Support service development, audits, and clinical governance activities. Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation. About You HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist (Forensic) — essential. Experience working with complex mental health, personality disorder or forensic presentations. Strong formulation, communication and risk assessment skills. A reflective and collaborative practitioner able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. What We Offer...
