We're looking for an experiential design lead to work with us through a busy and exciting period of growth. Five months. Multiple projects. A chance to show what "great" looks like.
The work: Brand narratives that build into powerful live moments. Multi-sensory environments that move business audiences. Ideas that start with insight and land with impact. You'll be client-facing, presenting concepts, guiding conversations, and building the trust that turns pitches into partnerships.
Your approach: Fast when it matters. Beautiful when it counts. Concept descriptions that inspire. Journey flows that clarify. Mood boards that elevate. AI tools wielded with purpose. You understand when pace beats perfection, and you know the difference.
The team: Hands-on. Delivery-focused. Thrives on the infectious energy of this space. You'll work alongside people who know how to take ideas through to live execution, and you'll help stretch what they think is possible. Collaboration with creative production is key; you'll partner closely to ensure ideas translate seamlessly from concept to build.
Reporting to: Executive Creative Director
Location: Our Farnham studio is where the magic happens. We'd love you here full-time to be part of the creative energy, but we're realistic. Minimum three days a week for the moments that matter, key meetings, workshops, and the collaborative sparks.
Commitment: 4-5 days a week through to the end of June 2026. Start ASAP preferred, but if you're brilliant and available later, we want to hear from you anyway.
