Key Responsibilities
* Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for all visitors to the organisation including answering calls, greeting visitors, and advising staff.
* Post collection from main reception and ensure teams collect theirs when in the office.
* Support Customer Services Team by providing a front line and professional service to all customers across all business functions, to deliver exceptional customer service where the customer is always at the forefront of decision making.
* Managing enquiries/applications through the accurate processing of our products and services.
* Process Centre/Learner workflow within agreed SLA's, inputting data and taking payments, with excellent accuracy and efficiency.
* Administrative support in addition to reception duties and Customer Service Support: handle arrangements for executives if required.
* Maintain reception areas to ensure materials are tidy, current, and well-presented.
About You
* Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
* Commitment to CPD
* Experience of working in a reception role delivering high standards of customer service
* Experience of working successfully with people from a range of different backgrounds
* Experience of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities
* Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
* Willingness to develop in the role and undertake new challenges
* Ability to prioritise a challenging workload to meet deadlines
* Ability to provide an efficient service under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly disposition
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good grammar, punctuation and spelling
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
