This position demands both strategic vision and hands-on implementation, guiding a small team to deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention while fostering strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:Develop and implement comprehensive CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty strategies.Serve as the key CRM contact for clients, leading projects and building strong relationships.Analyze customer data to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities for campaigns.Design and execute automated customer journeys across various digital channels.Oversee campaign production and quality assurance, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.What We're Looking For:5+ years in CRM or email marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a strategic/managerial capacity (Must have Marketing agency experience)Strong proficiency with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Acteol, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Dotdigital).Demonstrated ability to build effective CRM strategies and deliver measurable impact.Solid understanding of customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing principles.Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
