What will you do?
Join our Engineering Apprenticeship scheme and begin an exciting journey towards a rewarding career with the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer. You will develop essential fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills, gain insight into complex manufacturing and process equipment, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, live environment. You’ll work under the guidance of expert engineers and mentors, diagnose and resolve issues, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Student life
Take time from the factory floor to attend residential learning modules on block release at North West Training Council (NWTC) in Liverpool. You’ll meet other apprentices from across the country and build networks that can open future opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements
* You must have the right to work in the UK, not time‑limited and without requiring sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route at the start of the scheme or upon completion.
* You must have lived in the UK for 3 years prior to the start date.
* Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9‑4 (A*‑C if taken before 2017). Original certificates required. Level 2 Maths functional skills is not eligible for this scheme.
* You must be 18 by 1st August 2026.
Recruitment journey
Apply and answer a brief eligibility questionnaire. Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment. No CV upload is requested; upload relevant qualifications instead. Successful candidates will be notified of assessment days in February, March or April 2026.
