You will join our amazing Supported Living team in Rotherham supporting three adults with Autism in their own homes and engaging in community activities such as going to the cinema, bowling, or walks in the park. A manual driving license is essential for transporting individuals within the community.
This is a permanent role with contracts available from 18.5 hours per week.
We offer an hourly rate starting from £11.75, with enhanced rates for nights, overtime, and annual pay reviews/rises.
The shifts are varied, generally including a mix of 8am-4pm, 4pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is essential to support our valuable service.
If you live outside Ravenfield, you will need your own vehicle to access the service for early/late shifts due to limited public transport.

This role may include supporting individuals with:
* Daily tasks like cooking and cleaning
* Personal care and hygiene
* Financial management
* Medication and wellbeing
* Community outings for shopping or trips
* Supporting social and nightlife activities
Note: This role may involve sleep-in shifts paid at £50 per night, with the possibility of waking to provide care during the night.
