Are you a natural people-person who loves the buzz of face-to-face selling? Could you see yourself representing one of the fastest-growing sectors in the UK — with a genuinely life-changing earning opportunity to match?

The company Our client is a well-established, family-run solar and renewable energy business with a loyal and growing customer base across East Anglia. They install solar PV systems, air-source heat pumps, battery storage, EV chargers and more — and they've achieved year-on-year growth for the past three years. This is a business that looks after its people and knows how to reward results.

The role You'll be the face of the business on the road — meeting homeowners and commercial clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales for solar and renewable energy solutions. The good news? You won't be cold-calling or knocking doors. A dedicated telesales team will supply you with 4–6 pre-qualified appointments per day, with each one confirmed the day before. Your job is to turn up, build rapport, and win the business.

Territory covers Norfolk, Suffolk and parts of Essex, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire — ideally you'll be based within East Anglia.

The package

Basic salary plus uncapped commission on a sliding scale
Average team earnings: £4,000–£5,000 per month in commission — strong months can hit £8,000+
Commission paid within the same month as installation (typically 7–10 days after sale)
Company van and fuel card provided
About you

The client isn't looking for a technical expert — they'll train you on the products. What they can't teach is the right attitude. They want someone who is:

Confident and engaging face-to-face
Genuinely money-motivated and hungry to close
Resilient, self-starting, and driven by results
Comfortable working autonomously on the road
Previous field sales experience is ideal — but my client has seen people thrive in this role from all kinds of backgrounds. If you've got the drive, we want to hear from you.
