* £40,000 per annum
Hours
* Hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days home
* Interim assignment, initially 3 months
The role of HR Advisor:
* Managing a range of employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and absence management
* Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees
* Coaching and developing line managers to build confidence in managing people matters
* Supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee relations issues
* Ensuring all HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies
* Assisting with wider HR projects and initiatives during a period of growth
* Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
The ideal HR Advisor:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise
* Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases independently
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience — desirable
