About the Role


Join our dedicated healthcare team in Leighton Buzzard as a Practice Nurse, delivering high-quality care in a supportive primary care environment. This role involves providing treatment room duties and chronic disease management, contributing to excellent patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

* Perform treatment room duties, including wound care, venipuncture, and vaccinations.

* Conduct chronic disease reviews, managing conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.

* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical governance standards.


What We're Looking For

* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

* Experience in primary care or community nursing.

* Competence in treatment room procedures and chronic disease management.

* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

* Right to work in the UK.
