We currently have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate Hospital Director to lead a specialist Tier 4 CAMHS service dedicated to providing tailored inpatient care for young people with complex mental health needs. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on service management, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance.
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000

Setting: CAMHS Tier 4 inpatient hospital
Location: West Midlands - Stafford
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Lead the hospital to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
* Maintain compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
* Drive service quality, financial performance, and occupancy levels
* Provide visible leadership, inspiring multidisciplinary teams
* Build strong relationships with NHS commissioners and stakeholders
* Ensure robust governance, safeguarding, and health and safety measures
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
* Senior management experience within CAMHS or related healthcare setting
* Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act and safeguarding frameworks
* Demonstrable leadership and service improvement skills
* Understanding of governance and regulatory compliance in healthcare
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve)
