9. Strong civil engineering technical background
10. Progress towards Incorporated Engineer or Chartership with recognized institutions such as ICE or IStructE
11. Knowledge of civil design, construction principles, and standards
12. Experience in producing designs, drawings, and technical reports for construction projects
13. Experience in design calculations and drawings to ensure high-quality deliverables
14. Degree-level education (or equivalent) in a related field
15. Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving license
16. Experience presenting engineering options, including conceptual and detailed designs
17. Knowledge of Network Rail standards
18. Experience with document management software like ProjectWise
19. Understanding of scope and schedule management, risk analysis, cost control, and NEC3/4 contracts
