Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the central transformation portfolio plan (covering all tech and non-tech change, including delivery and commercial plans)
* Ensuring relevant stakeholders have knowledge and oversight of the change portfolio
* Structuring portfolio planning, readiness, prioritisation, and tracking post-implementation reviews and benefits
* Supporting planning days for transformation colleagues to align change priorities
* Managing the three-year planning and budget process for change initiatives
* Establishing and maintaining change framework and governance
Skills we would love you to have:
* Experience leading multiple projects, including process and system changes
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Ability to plan, undertake, and complete activities with high-quality results
