The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store, providing outstanding customer service, executing in‑store excellence, and building retailer support. You'll work closely with departments such as Visual Merchandiser, Product Management Partner and Sales, and be part of a passionate team of 3‑10 Beauty Advisors.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.

* Maintain high grooming standards.
* Ensure store standards and maintenance of counters and fixtures are met.
Qualifications
* Mastery of the English language at near native level.
* Computer proficiency.
* Ability to read and understand data.
* Follow marketing guidelines and instructions.
