S&RC EMEA Zone Leader North
Your role:
1. Develop, update, deploy and drive the winning commercial strategies for S&RC EMEA North region (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux).
2. Act as the “voice of the market” towards S&RC upstream team and EMEA MT team by spotting market trends and evolutions and being engaged in the constant process of business development.
3. Become active member of S&RC EMEA MT.
4. Drives the overall organizational performance (Sales, Margin and Operational Excellence) of S&RC EMEA North territory and takes corrective actions where/when needed.
5. Coaches and develops the local (UKI, DACH, Nordics and BeNeLux) teams within his/her scope
6. Brings together local teams as well as central EMEA teams to jointly engage and satisfy Customers
7. Develops and maintains effective networks to leverage Philips' position, especially towards Key Opinion Leaders (e.g. prescribers).
8. Ensures appropriate level of cooperation across all functions, businesses and geographies of the organization in order to maximize customer satisfaction and operational performance.
9. Contributes to restoration of S&RC EMEA position post recall, in the managed territories.
10. Develop and drive a trust-based relationship with C-Suite level customers based on deep understanding of customer’s needs and level of authority.
11. This role offers you chance to work from home in the United Kingdom and travel across Northern Europe.
You’re right for this role if:
12. Previously experiencing work with S&RC portfolio, different go-to-market models across Europe and / or Global.
13. Previously experiencing management of culturally and geographically diversified teams.
14. Experienced in change management / continuous improvement of the managed teams.
15. Self-motivated and delivering combination of can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
