What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out general fabric maintenance & basic repairs Supporting M&E (mechanical & electrical) duties Performing PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive tasks Liaising with site teams to keep buildings running smoothly Working independently and across multiple nearby sites You’ll Need: Experience in a general maintenance role (fabric & M&E exposure) Good understanding of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks A proactive attitude and strong fault-finding skills Right to work in the UK Ready to apply?
