Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the independent sector while keeping your pipeline thriving.
* Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with local food market players, fueled by your passion for all things culinary.
* Craft Solutions: Develop tailored culinary propositions that help our customers save time and money.
* Drive Growth: Achieve profit targets and enjoy the rewards that come with your success.
* Onboard Clients: Welcome new clients with style, ensuring they feel right at home alongside your Area Sales Manager.
* Stay Ahead: Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are driven and ambitious, with a commercial mindset. While experience in Field Sales is ideal, it’s not a deal-breaker. Here’s what you should bring:
* A passion for customer service and a knack for being out in the field.
* A willingness to learn and grow; our comprehensive induction program will equip you with all the knowledge you need about our products and business.
* Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
