Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Housing Solutions Team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the Housing Advice Centre, providing a responsive and high-quality front-line customer service, along with general clerical and administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver a welcoming and helpful reception service for all visitors and callers.
* Provide information and signpost enquiries to the appropriate services both internally and externally.
* Maintain an appointment register for clients and assist with administrative tasks such as mail processing, filing, and photocopying.
* Keep the reception area and customer information displays up to date and tidy.
* Support the Housing Solutions Team with data input, monitoring contact levels, and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications:
* Good standard of education.
* Knowledge of customer service and administrative practices.
Experience Required:
* Experience in a front-of-house / reception role dealing with the public.
* Experience providing administrative support in an office setting.

* You should have the right to work in the U.K.
* This role requires an Enhanced DBS.
