Personal Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Role
* Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal Business owners.
* Assist in project management and coordination of special projects as directed (includes arranging and managing certain events).
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Support the Managing Director in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organisation and time-management skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
* Ability to take shorthand would desirable but is not an essential requirement.
