Responsibilities:
-Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing optimization to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer journey;
-Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data specific to the UK market, formulating and implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility;
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency;
-Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve the online store.
Requirements:
-3-5 years of solid e-commerce operations experience in the UK, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements;
-Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and experience with relevant analytics tools like Google Analytics;
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive business growth;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
