Lead Business Analyst
London (Hybrid)
£70,000 + benefits
A global law firm is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join its London Change team. You’ll play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation across the firm, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes and implement effective solutions.
The role
* Analyse business challenges and identify root causes
* Gather and document clear business requirements
* Map current processes and design improved future-state workflows
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
* Work with IT teams and vendors to deliver technology change
* Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a Business Analyst on technology or transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
* Experience with process mapping and business improvement
* Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
Desirable
* Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
* Exposure to enterprise systems such as CRM, document management or M365
