SEN Support Worker
Location: Travelling in and around Liskeard
Salary: GBP 88.94 per day
Start Date: September 2025

We are working with schools across Liskeard seeking full-time SEN Support Workers with a background in health and child care. Those who are keen to support children with Special Needs such as Autism, ADHD, ASD, and other disabilities are encouraged to apply.
We work with a large trust that has multiple schools, including those in Plymouth, Launceston, Liskeard, and Tavistock.
Experience with children with additional needs is highly advantageous.
Applicants with a UK driving license and own car are preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Guide students as a Support Worker, offering personalized guidance and support.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
* Support children with Special Needs such as Autism, ADHD, ASD, and other disabilities.
* Foster a nurturing environment that promotes social interactions and communication skills.
* Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement interventions to address behavior challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Effective communication skills for clear interactions.
* Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritized.
* Demonstrated patience, empathy, flexibility, and adaptability.
