An opportunity has arisen to join CCL Secure England as an Administrator in our Supply Chain department.

CCL Secure are the manufacturers of Guardian, the world's most sophisticated banknote substrate.

So what is the role?

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Commercial Manager, this role is responsible for supporting commercial operations through effective coordination, administrative support, and clear communication between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Oversee the sales order process, ensuring customers receive the right product at the right place and time by communicating expected delivery dates etc.
* Support the planning process (maintaining presentations, action logs, and coordinating input)
* Manage and support customer requirements
* Support and contribute to the development of customer proposals and bid submissions.
* Complete administrative tasks and maintain organisation of files
* Check packing lists for accuracy and prepare commercial invoices.
* Organise supplier documentation through the supplier set up process
* Keep record of KPI's for external suppliers and service providers
* Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
* Respond to customer service issues (including price requests, customer contracts, complaints and delivery enquiries)
* Maintain customer supply agreements to ensure they reflect current and future customer requirements.
* Align customer logistics by arranging on site loading, managing communications and completing export documentation.

What skills & qualities will you need?

As the successful candidate for this role, you should have experience within an administrative role, knowledge of Supply Chain or logistics would be beneficial but not essential. Tertiary qualifications in Business are not essential, but are preferred skill for the role.

As such, CCL Secure is an accredited Living Wage employer. The salary for this role will be £26,000. In addition to this we offer performance related pay and annual performance bonus so the ability to directly affect your reward is entirely in your hands.

This role is offered on a full‑time basis, however we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Additionally, you will be given 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), the ability to work from home and enjoy flexible working hours.

We offer a great salary sacrifice pension where the company will match up to 9% of your contribution; income protection and a death in service benefit of four times your salary.

A Health Care Cash Plan by Healthshield is provided to cover yourself and all dependent children up to the age of if in full time education). This can be upgraded as desired.
