Our client is a rapidly expanding finance firm in Mayfair with amazing offices and a dynamic and supportive company culture. They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide an excellent standard of support to their Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* International and domestic travel diary management.
* Being a reliable point of contact and building strong relationships with clients.
* Assisting the administration team with the organisation of documents when required.
* Manage the Managing Director's business expenses, ensuring they are received by the relevant team.
* Attend meetings and client presentations when required.
* Prepare relevant documents and ensure the MD is always prepared for meetings.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and they will have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
