About the role
The Digital Training Officer will support the University’s CLEAR (Cloud‑Enabling and Agresso Re‑platforming) project, a key strategic initiative set to deliver in February 2027. The role focuses on planning, creating, coordinating, and delivering training materials for staff and students on the new Unit4 finance system.
Key responsibilities
* Produce, coordinate, and deliver training for the Strategic Finance ERP project.
* Translate requirements into accessible learning resources.
* Collaborate with Finance and Procurement subject‑matter experts to design online and on‑demand training packages.
* Deliver engaging training sessions for diverse audiences to upskill staff on Unit4.
* Schedule training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Required experience
* Experience scripting, recording, and editing training packages (e.g., Clipchamp, CapCut).
* Experience coordinating and implementing training for a new system across a large, diverse organisation.
* Experience delivering training to upskill stakeholders during an ERP system implementation.
Employment details
Full‑time (36.5 hours per week), fixed‑term, 6‑month duration.
