Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? Would you like to join an organisation that puts its customers at the heart of what they do? If so, then Skipton Building Society has the perfect opportunity for you!
We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Consultant within our Ripon Branch. The role involves engaging in conversations to understand our customers' needs, providing information about our full savings range, products, and services.
You will also engage with our customers through 'My Review' appointments, which are opportunities to discuss their financial goals in a friendly manner. By listening and understanding our customers, you will help them review their circumstances and goals, whether financial, family, retirement, peace of mind, or a new home, and proactively identify suitable products.
Our branches are central to our communities, but we also support customers online and via our contact centre to provide flexible service options. Whether promoting new products or resolving issues, your focus will always be on customer needs and delivering first-class service.
As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be more than just a friendly face and voice; you will be a listener, problem solver, and a knowledgeable guide to help customers achieve their financial goals. Together, you can help us build a better Society!
