Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One
Join HC-One as an Activities Co-ordinator and be at the heart of our mission to deliver kindness and exceptional care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities that bring joy to our Residents, supporting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging socialisation and hobbies among Residents.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, a positive attitude, and excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills. Your ability to communicate with kindness and consideration is essential. Safeguarding awareness, including recognising signs of abuse or neglect and reporting concerns, is also required.
