As a Product Marketing Assistant, you’ll help craft engaging and inspiring product campaigns and content plans for all Seasalt collections and initiatives. With a strong focus on understanding what matters most to our customers, you’ll bring our products and stories to life in a way that builds brand awareness and loyalty. In this collaborative role, you’ll interpret campaign results to identify future opportunities, improvements and how to maximise campaign performance across different customer touchpoints. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Cornwall with a hybrid working approach, working from Head Office for a minimum of 40% of the week and the remainder from home (or your chosen location). You’ll help us by: Working closely with the Marketing Planning, Online Trade, and Digital Marketing teams, you’ll help create campaigns and content plans that bring our products to life for our customer's, ensuring consistency is maintained and our sustainability commitments are intertwined throughout. Supporting the Campaign Planning Manager, you’ll create launch briefing packs that execute key product stories for all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. You’ll prioritise briefs into our graphic design team, work to the critical path, manage amends and gain approvals. This role involves collaboration across the business, where you’ll build and maintain strong working relationships. Working with Digital Marketing, Digital Trade, Buying, and Merchandising teams, you’ll optimise campaigns, react to trading and stock changes, and identify opportunities to support key product areas. Harnessing customer insight via channel leads, Customer Experience, our Customer Analyst and Senior CRM Manager, you’ll create campaigns that drive customer growth and retention. You’ll be responsible for gathering insights and reporting on campaign performance, using SMART objectives to define success. Championing a test-and-learn approach, you’ll incorporate learnings into future campaigns and report on the impact with relevant teams. You’ll also harness the power of User Generated Content, encouraging customer submissions and weaving content into our site assets and wider campaigns. Additionally, you’ll maintain the marketing calendar and ensure it accurately reflects current and seasonal plans. The skills you’ll be sharing with the team: Previous experience/exposure within Marketing, or a passion and enthusiasm for working in Marketing Experience working with/selling our product would be advantageous The ability to collaborate and build relationships within the team and with other departments Competent in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Dynamic, creative, can-do approach A strong interest in fashion and creative media Proven attention to detail Excellent communication, organisation, planning and time management skills Adaptable and able to deal with multiple projects to deliver work to a high standard and within deadlines/budget Keen to learn with a proactive approach to tasks Self-motivated Ability to use initiative Professional and able to give/receive constructive feedback Flexible/adaptable A relevant degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media or Fashion and Business would be desirable, but is not essential Previous experience within fashion, retail, and/or multichannel business is desirable Why we hope you’ll love working with us: The success of Seasalt is down to the skill and hard work of our team.
