Our new talented andcreative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive will bejoining our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about storytelling skilled in content creation and adeptat leveraging social media platforms to engage audiences and drivebrand awareness as well as have a wider understanding and interestin digital marketing newsletters and mailshots.
This rolewill be at the heart of taking the already established marketingactivity for the group to the next level.
About our client: They arethe largest independent family run Property Group in the Southeastof England. Established in 1968 as a single estate agent branch inUpminster the company has evolved to have 17 branches across Essexand into Greater London.

The role will be focused onevolving our profile on social media combined with execution ofemail marketing campaigns updating content on websites as well assupporting key company events.
Coreresponsibilities including but not limited to:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhanceour brand (and the associated companies/divisions mentioned above)online presence and promote brand visibility across variousplatforms including but not limited to Instagram Facebook andLinkedIn.
* Createengaging and relevant content including posts videos infographicsand other multimedia assets tailored to each social media platformand target audience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align social mediaefforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
* Monitor social media channelstrack performance metrics and analyse data to produce reports thatwill optimize content strategy and drive continuousimprovement.
* Compilingreports based on the analysis and engagement from our digitalchannels.
* Supportingthe creation of paid social media campaigns and reviewing analyticssetting up audiences.
* Creating original content for web pages and blogposts.
* Liaising with 17Branches across the region to provide them with regular updates andrequest property information to promote via our marketingchannels.
* Oversee thedaytoday maintenance and administration of the website requests andupdates (Third party support will remain in place forthis).
* To assist on allother marketing duties including publications and contentcreations.
* Generaladmin tasks – including invoice approval / booking ofmeetings minute taking at bimonthly marketing meetings.
* Actively look at new marketinginitiatives and avenues for the company including ideageneration.
* Assist withthe production of the company’s highprofile magazinetitled Essex Homes & Style as well as providing support onother publications including Residential Dimensions andAcquire.

Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
At least 2 years’experience in a marketing or social media role either at a companyor as part of an agency.
Experience of managingmultiple social media accounts.
* Proficiency in using social media management toolsanalytics platforms and content creation software.
* Strong copywriting skills and attention todetail.
Handson experience indelivering email marketing and social media campaigns (includingpaid social media).
Experience in working withexternal suppliers.
Ability to handle multipleprojects and prioritise responsibilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.
* Ability to analysemetrics and produce reports and recommendations.
* Passion for social media digital marketing and stayingahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
* Understanding of emarketing platforms(Mailchimp/Integrated interest).
Preferred
* Experience increating and editing digital video content.
* Knowledge and understanding paid social mediaadvertising.
* Experience managing onlinereputation (i.e. reviews)
* Drivinglicense
* Ability to coordinate networkingevents.
* Interest or experience in the propertyindustry.
* Although a degree in Marketing orCommunications is not required we will take relevant qualificationsinto considering during the recruitment process.
All candidates will be required todemonstrate at interview via case study/previous work how you havecreated & improved a business using your marketingexperience.
