An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Technical Manager, across apparel, fabric and QA departments. This is a senior leadership role, working with a large international garment manufacturer.
The role:
•Recruit, train and motivate a team of technologists and QAs
•Manage a large range of suppliers
•Ensure all legislation and SOPs are adhered too
•Conduct factory visits, and conduct corrective action plans
The candidate:
•Previous senior management experience
•UK / EU retailer experience
•Excellent communication skills to manage a team, but also external suppliers
•Experience with pattern making, grading and garment construction
•This is an expat role, so you will need to be able to relocate to Bangladesh
