Working Hours: Monday – Friday 6.45 - 2.45, 8-4, 12.15 - 8.15 (Potential for weekend work) + on call every 4 weeks with shift and on call bonus applicable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients Facilities Department based in Eastleigh as a Caretaker. This role is crucial for supporting and maintaining the smooth running of the site and offers great opportunities for development and qualifications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work as part of the facilities team to deliver high standards in a busy office environment, ensuring staff welfare.
Conduct weekly and monthly checks including plant inspection, lighting checks, water hygiene, and fire alarm call point tests.
Handle general building repairs such as leaking taps, changing light bulbs/ballasts, replacing carpet tiles, painting, and adjusting door closers and hinges.
Organise office moves and set up meeting and training rooms.
Manage contractors on site, ensuring safe working practices, raising document worksheets, and recording for audit purposes.
Participate in an emergency call-out rotation (1 week in 4).
