Description
In this role, you'll be right at the heart of client success — leading campaigns, shaping strategy, and delivering work that makes an impact.
Day to day, you'll:
* Take the lead on your client accounts – owning day-to-day delivery, managing expectations, and driving projects forward.
* Shape and run PR and social campaigns from start to finish, working with the team to deliver impact that counts.
* Be the guardian of your clients' tone of voice, making sure every piece of communication is consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
* Build strong relationships with journalists and influencers, securing the kind of coverage that really gets noticed.
* Track results, spot opportunities, and tweak strategies to make sure client goals are always within reach.
* Craft compelling copy across formats – whether it's a press release, feature article, thought leadership piece, blog, or social post.
* Hold yourself (and your work) to high standards – everything you deliver will be polished, on-brief, and client-ready.
* Provide a level of service that builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and keeps clients coming back.
* Get involved in new business – from supporting pitches to spotting ways to grow existing accounts.
Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring:
* Experience running
digital
PR accounts within an agency environment (ideally B2B focused)
* Currently working at PR Account Manager level and ideally looking to move to Senior Account Manager in the future
* Sharp copywriting skills and the ability to switch tone seamlessly across press releases, features, blogs, websites, emails, and social posts.
* Confidence to work independently, take ownership, and lead accounts with energy.
* Experience in media relations, and capable of building media and influencer relationships.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for fresh ways to add value.
* Clear, confident communication skills – in writing, in person, and with clients at every level.
