THE ROLE: You will sell a range of top-quality endoscopic capital equipment used in ENT and gastroenterology procedures. Thanks to the company's ongoing investment in innovative technology, you will also have the exciting opportunity to sell AI systems connected to the equipment. The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business accounts in NHS and private hospitals throughout the region, selling to clinicians within ENT, gastroenterology, theatre, typically liaising with consultants, specialist nurses and theatre teams, as well as commercial contacts in procurement. You will also be supported by a dedicated clinical trainer. Full company and product training will be provided, and you will be joining at an exciting growth period for the company.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:-
6. Experience of selling equipment to hospitals and managing long, complex sales processes
7. A track record of new business success and converting competitor accounts
8. Stable and successful track record of selling to clinical end users and procurement
9. Degree qualified, ideally in a medical / scientific related field
10. Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
The package for the Business Development Manager
11. Basic: £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
12. OTE: £15,000 plus additional commission to incentivise overperformance
13. Car: Fully expensed company car (EV or hybrid) or car allowance

The East of England including: Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry, Northampton, Oxford, Stevenage, Cambridge, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Luton, Ipswich and Norwich.
