Campervan Converter / Technician
Location: Plymouth, Devon (in-person)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including any weekend requirements, if applicable), 8:0017:30
Salary: £31,005.00-£35,685.00 per annum

Requirements
Essential
* The following qualifications are essential;
o NCC Caravan Service Award
o STGW Gas
o NCC Electrical Level 1 & 2
o Hands-on experience in campervan or similar vehicle builds
o Strong carpentry/joinery skills with a high-quality finish
o Confident using power tools (jigsaws, drills, routers, saws)
o Excellent attention to detail
o Ability to read and work from technical drawings
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
o Team player with a positive attitude
o Health and Safety awareness - maintains a safe, tidy workspace and follows safety protocols
Desirable
* Upholstery experience
* CNC machining experience
* Gas safety certification
The Role
* Carrying out bespoke camper van conversions from shell to completion
* Insulation and soundproofing
* Electrical system installation (12v/240V), including solar setups
* Carpentry and interior fitting
* Plumbing for water systems
* Installation of fixtures, fittings, and accessories
* Gas installation and repairs
* Ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail
