Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence? Humdinger Snacking Factory is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Bromborough.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 39 per week
Pay range: £15.82/hour
Breaks: 2 x 30 minutes

Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly, Monday - Friday.
Monday - Thursday
Week 1 0600 - 1400
Week 2 1400 - 2200
Week 3 2200 - 0600
Friday
Week 1 0600 - 1300
Week 2 1300 - 2000
Week 3 2000 - 0300
* Lead and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely stock movements.
* Support production by ensuring stock is supplied and returned correctly.
* Maintain high standards of GMP and health & safety across the warehouse.
* Monitor forklift truck condition and ensure operational readiness.
* Manage warehouse staff performance and development.
* Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and system transactions.
* Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
* Substantial experience in FMCG warehouse operations.
* Valid FLT license (Counterbalance & Reach).
* Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of warehouse principles and KPIs.
* IT literate with solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent administration and communication skills.
* Awareness of health & safety standards (SEMA racking inspection knowledge is a plus).
