Key Requirements of a Year 2 Teacher
6. Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
7. Experience teaching KS1, ideally in Year 2
8. A creative, caring, and child-centred approach
9. Strong phonics knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
