The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise and presentation abilities, combined with a thoughtful and considerate approach to design. A solid understanding of construction methods and technical detailing is essential, along with the capacity to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and the broader project team.
